Ultrasound scanner (the C-002 PowerScan): the body the probe is placed on and the anatomy in the image

Work
TotalSegmentator CT dataset, version 2.0.1. Wasserthal J, Breit H-C, Meyer MT, et al. TotalSegmentator: robust segmentation of 104 anatomic structures in CT images. Radiology: Artificial Intelligence 2023;5(5):e230024.
Changes made
Two subjects from the dataset were cropped, resampled and converted into acoustic tissue maps and surface models. Several organs are reshaped or drawn afresh by Celsus (the bile ducts, how full the bladder is, the chambers of the heart, the uterus, the ovaries, an early pregnancy) and every abnormal finding is added by Celsus: none of that is part of the dataset. The ultrasound images are simulated from these maps and are not recordings of any patient.

CT scans (the CT lab and the CT scans in the tutorials): the CT images, the model of the body they are scanned from, and the named structures

Work
TotalSegmentator CT dataset, version 2.0.1, with the heart chambers from version 1.0. Wasserthal J, Breit H-C, Meyer MT, et al. TotalSegmentator: robust segmentation of 104 anatomic structures in CT images. Radiology: Artificial Intelligence 2023;5(5):e230024.
Changes made
Two subjects from the dataset are used: a chest and abdomen CT and a head CT, each cropped and resampled, their structure masks extended with more structures from the open TotalSegmentator tasks run on the same scans. The chest and abdomen were rebuilt by Celsus as a model of the body that is scanned live in the browser, its heart divided into its four chambers by the version 1.0 masks. Every abnormal finding (the pulmonary emboli, right heart strain, aortic dissection and the rest) is added by Celsus: none of it is part of the dataset. The scans of the model are simulated and are not recordings of any patient; the head, and the CT lab’s Real CT, show the dataset’s own images.
